How can I find out if my insurance will cover my home health care services?

In most situations, our staff has the ability to determine whether or not the home care visits will be covered by a client’s insurance coverage. PHHC’s billing manager has the ability to search for Medicare eligibility, as well as if they have received home health care from other providers. Previous home health care may prevent PHHC from treating the patient for a period of time.

For Medicaid recipients, we can access the Indiana web interchange which shows eligibility.

Patients with commercial insurances can also receive assistance from our billing manager. She can assist you in talking with the insurance company to help with getting coverage approval.
